Medical history
1995 – Trauma in lower back as consequence of lifting heavy weight. Since I feel pain in lower back but only when lifting weight or when get cold.
2002 – Pains in both ankles and surrounding area.
2003 – Pains progressed to both Knees
2003 – Pains progressed to both Mead Foot/ Bridge of the Feet
2009 – Blood test results, confirmed inflammation
2009 – Conclusion of a bone scan is as follows: The scan appearances are most probably due to healed stress fracture and minor arthritic changes of both knees and right mid foot.
September 2009 – New symptoms occurred: Not often but occurs sometimes when walking, from time to time my feet trip on a straight flat floor.
October 2009 – Pains in Both insteps of the balls of feet, Heels and toes, which come and go, as they are not constant
Affected areas:
• Both knees
• Both shins
• Both ankles and area around joints
• Mead foot - Both bridges of feet
• Both heels
• Both insteps of the balls of feet
• Both feet inflamed and feeling hot like burning fire - Burning pain

End of July 2007 – Referred to diagnostic investigation Knee scan shows mixoid changes in the left medial meniscus
September 2007 – MRI Ankle Diagnostic report, which confirmed Small bilateral, sub Achilles bursae.
August 2010 - MRI Scan Lumbar Spine
o Protrusio disci intervertebralis L5 – S1 dorsomediale bill.pp.dex.
o Spondylosis Lumbalis Incip
o Dehydration at L4/5 and L5/S1 Levels. A prominent mainly mid-line disc protrusion is seen at L5/S1 causing a mild degree of bilateral lateral recess stenosis. However, no overt focal neural compression is seen at this level. There is no evidence of focal neural compression elsewhere in the lumbar spine.
